Here are our inspection services. We provide complete home inspection services according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
Full Home Inspection:
A home is probably the biggest purchase you’ll ever make, so it’s important to understand the condition of your investment. I’ll provide a non-invasive evaluation of the home’s accessible structure, systems and components. While a home inspection can’t reveal every concern that exists, it will significantly reduce your anxiety by arming you with the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision.
Water Well Testing:
Private wells are not regulated like municipal water systems, so those with well water are responsible for the safety of their own water supply. The Department of Health recommends private well owners test their drinking water every year for coliform bacteria and nitrates. When you schedule a well inspection the entire system undergoes a thorough evaluation:
Visual Inspection: The inspector scrutinizes the well's physical state, searching for any indications of damage or deterioration.

System Check: Tests are conducted on the pump, pressure tank, and associated apparatus to ensure they are operating correctly.

Water Flow Test: This assessment determines the rate at which water is extracted from the well, reflecting its productivity.

Water Quality Sampling: Water samples are collected and sent for lab analysis to detect any impurities.
